The serial-first launch path, a briefing on what these readers expect, a cover, blurb and keyword kit, and my own case study from publishing an AI-assisted GameLit novel.

What LitRPG AI is.
An AI publishing studio from Cindy Donovan, built for LitRPG: novels where the world runs on game rules and the hero levels up chapter by chapter. Think Jumanji, as a book series. The genre’s flagship, Dungeon Crawler Carl, has sold more than 14 million copies.
You pick a feel and a hero, and the studio does the rest: ten story types, nearly 60 hero cards, eight voices for the game, a Series Map of facts that stay true, editable chapter plans and one-press chapters. Its standout feature is the hard part of this genre: it keeps a running score of your hero’s stats, skills and gear, hands it to the writer before every chapter, and checks the game boxes afterwards for 14 kinds of slip.
Then it draws the cover, writes the listing, builds every file KDP asks for, carries the story into Book 2 and gives each pen name its own author website. The AI is built in, so there’s no ChatGPT subscription or API key, and it’s one payment: $17, $27 or $47 depending on credits.
LitRPG AI takes you from two choices to a book on Amazon. These are the parts around the book that decide whether readers find it, trust it and come back for Book 2.
In this genre, many series build an audience before they’re ever published.
They know exactly what they want, and they notice when it’s missing.
Covers are chosen at full size and bought at 160 pixels wide.
Someone who’s already published one of these can tell you where the traps are.
My four bonuses cover each of those.
Four PDF reports, including my own case study from a published novel.
The serial-first launch path LitRPG authors use, and how to adapt it honestly for a series written with AI.
A briefing on the most knowledgeable, loyal and vocal readers in self-publishing: what they love, and what makes them leave.
Check, sharpen and sell what the studio gives you, because packaging is where most sales are won or lost.

One payment from $17. Launch week ends on Sunday 1 November at 11:59pm ET, and that’s when the Legend plan’s launch credits (a bonus that shrinks every two hours, so it’s biggest early), the 14-Day Quest and every buyer’s seat at the live series build go. There’s a 14-day guarantee, and you keep the book you wrote.

Three steps. It takes about a minute.
One thing worth checking: if you’ve clicked another affiliate’s link recently, clear your cookies or use a private browsing window before you click mine. Otherwise the sale lands somewhere else and I won’t be able to see it, which means I can’t send you the bonuses even if I want to.

The Dungeon Crawler Carl numbers show how big this genre is, not what any one book will earn, and the vendor says so too. What LitRPG AI genuinely solves is the hardest technical problem in the genre: keeping every number straight across a whole series. You’ll still need to read every chapter, choose your label honestly and package the book well. I learned that the long way with my own novel, and that’s what the bonuses are for.
